1. Who we are
Qualcon Spaces is a parking reservation service for numbered outdoor vehicle, boat and trailer parking spaces in Riviera Beach and Hollywood, Florida. The website qualconspaces.com and the service are operated by Qualcon Manager LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Qualcon", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to reserve and manage a parking space for you:
- Contact details — your name, email address and mobile phone number.
- Vehicle, boat or trailer details — type, make, model, color and license plate or registration number, so we can confirm that what is parked in each numbered space belongs there.
- Reservation details — the property, space number, start date, rental term, rate, gate access details, agreement signature and reservation history.
- Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive a payment confirmation, the last four digits, card brand and billing status from Stripe.
- Communications — emails, text messages and space requests you send us, and our replies.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and basic site analytics (Google Analytics) used to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.
3. How we use your information
- To create, confirm, bill, renew and manage your parking reservation and rental agreement.
- To send reservation confirmations, gate access details, payment receipts, renewal and past-due reminders and other account notifications by email and — only if you opted in — by text message.
- To identify vehicles on our properties and enforce the facility rules.
- To respond to your questions and space requests.
- To prevent fraud, protect the security of the site and our properties, and comply with law, including Florida sales tax collection and reporting.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the service, and only for that purpose:
- Stripe — payment processing, card storage and recurring billing.
- Resend — delivery of our transactional emails.
- Twilio — delivery of our text message alerts and notifications.
- Hosting, database and analytics providers that operate the website on our behalf.
These providers act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order or a government request, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the safety of people or property. If Qualcon's business is sold or merged, information may be transferred to the successor under this same policy.
5. Text messaging (SMS) privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We send text messages only to customers who have opted in by checking the optional SMS consent box on our reservation form. Messages are limited to reservation confirmations and account notifications (program name: Qualcon Spaces Alerts). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP or contacting us below. Opting out does not affect your reservation; we will continue to reach you by email. 6. How long we keep it
We keep reservation, agreement and payment records for as long as you are a customer and afterward for as long as needed to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations (generally up to seven years) and to resolve disputes. SMS consent records are kept while consent is active and for the period required by carrier rules after opt-out. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period. You may ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and audit logging on our administrative systems, and we rely on Stripe's PCI-compliant systems for card data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information with reasonable safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.
8. Your choices and rights
- You can update your contact or vehicle details at any time by contacting us.
- You can stop text messages by replying STOP.
- You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to our record-keeping obligations.
Our service is for adults who rent parking spaces; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, sent to the email address on your reservation.
